How We Work

At Llukaj, we deal with a small group of pre-approved contractors to provide our loft conversion services. These groups have been thoroughly examined by us and in nearly all cases have worked with us for a lengthy period of time. Clients pay their fees directly to one of our approved contractors through a binding contract that is directly between them and the designated team.

We have comprehensive trading agreements in place with all of our contractors, which set out how they must operate and enable us to manage them. This gives us the ability to address any difficulties or issues swiftly and efficiently, should they occur. Our clients also have direct contact information for their assigned contractor so that they may contact him/her at any time during the project.
