At Llukaj, we are proud of the standard and quality of our work. Our loft conversion warranty lasts for ten years, and we are now covered by IWA, one of the leading organisations in the UK to administer deposit protection and warranty / guarantee insurance to consumers within the home improvement market. On completion, a Llukaj project manager will meet with you to ensure that you have all necessary paperwork, including your warranty, in hand. This will completely explain the procedure and who you should contact if you encounter a problem with your loft conversion.
Please keep in mind that, after we have completed your loft conversion, settlement cracks are generally normal. We always advise waiting a year after practical completion of your loft conversion before the new structure has settled and has had all seasons and weather changes. Contact our customer service team after 12 months to arrange a crew to return and repair any settlement fractures in your loft conversion.
